Her strict dad Seth Gopaldas Mathuradas (Shakti Kapoor) won’t let the love. Because Rocky’s elder brother Rishi caused him humiliation some time back. To make matters worst Rishi too finds himself in love with Seth Gopaldas’ elder daughter Misha (Simran Sud) keeping in mind there common goal the brothers come together to please Seth Gopaldas Mathuradas.

Plot Outline:Malavika Chauhan (Sushmita Sen, she has always come across an intelligent person doing inane roles. Thankfully, this is not the case here) is an ACP, who is brought in to investigate the murder of a financial whiz. She tries to find clues to get to the murderer with help from her assistant Satya (Sushant Singh in his first role where he does not snatch the whole credit from the lead actors).

The forensic analysis of the murder done by Doc (Rajesh Khera in a stupid and irritating role) further deepens the mystery as no clue can be found as to the murder weapon or the presence of the murderer at the scene of the crime. While still in the middle of solving this crime, another murder is committed; that of a leading actress in the film industry.

He finds work at ‘Big B’ restaurant, but seeks employment elsewhere, only to quit due to dissatisfaction. Then breathtakingly beautiful Neha enters his life and everything changes, he decides to start his own business as a recruitment agent, invests a lot of money getting visas, but eventually finds himself in trouble with the Police, who do not arrest him, but confiscate his visas, leaving him penniless and in debt. He finds employment and tries to stick to it, but again gets fired when he misbehaves with his Manager. He finds his niche in an organization run by Manmohan Kapoor initially as a Sales Representative, then is promoted to Branch Manager, finally is offered the partnership with a condition that he must marry Kapoor’s daughter.

Bhola is thrilled, but soon despairs when he learns that Bindu has given her heart to Master Pillai (Mehmood). Bhola’s friends Vidyapathi (Kishore Kumar), Banarasi (Mukri), and others belonging to an acting troupe, assist in hoodwinking Bindu to get attracted to Bhola, and thereby getting his love life back, but there are unexpected twists and turns, and Bhola’s lies are exposed, making Bindu return to her plans to marry Master Pillai.
